All SneakerPots operations are still fully functional during these unprecedented times. Shipments may be subject to slight delay. 

Q: How long does my SneakerPot(s) take to ship?

A: SneakerPots ship via UPS and typically arrive within 4-5 business days. 

Q: Where can I get a plant for my SneakerPot?

A: Grocery stores have a nice selection of smaller plants that fit perfectly into SneakerPots. Try Trader Joe's or Kroger as a starting point. Home DepotLowesIkea also have great plant options. 

Q: How do I place a wholesale order?

A: Please contact us at sneakerpots@gmail.com or DM one of our social channels to inquire about wholesale. 

Q: Which method of payment do you accept?

A: We accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. 

Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer's bank statement. 

Q: Can I return my order?

A: No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Exchange Policy if needed.
